We are happy to introduce one of the most requested functionalities: Resume parsing: Our first AI bot to read and import talents based on their Resumes.

Resume parsing 📄
The first introduction to our AI bot is now live. Our Resume parsing system can be used by anyone and is currently live for companies to create talents (soon this will be also added to the onboarding of new talents). Create a new profile and easily add a Resume, the resume is automatically filling data of the profile.

• Automatically parse information inside of the talent profile by creating a profile
• AI reads skills, services, experience, name and other information (updates are coming soon)
• Our Resume parser v1 can recognise 25 languages

USA Compliancy: W-2 functionality🇺🇸
We added the functionality for a W-2 talent. This enables us to introduce W-2 contracts over the platform by having an onboarding status in the talent profile's.

• USA talent can set profile to 1099 or W-2 Talent
• W-2 talent has to be onboarded to W-2 systems that vendor provides
• Vendor can change status of talent inside the profile of the talent
• 1099 compliancy check coming soon!

Payout creation 💸
The requested functionality is now live, request pay-outs anytime if necessary. Easily request a payout as a talent or create one as a company from the finance section in the environment.

Creating talent functionality gives the ability to make a profile ready before inviting talent to it. Fill in general information, set services & skills, and invite the talent anytime to the project when ready.

Sidebar & topbar design 🔝
With this sidebar update, we are making the first step for mobile compatibility (soon more). Next to the sidebar, we introduced a topbar with more functionalities.

Digital Contracts & Pay-out's 📄
The project creation has been improved to easily make a digital contract based on 4 parts: Interval, Budget Type, Budget Amount and Currency. Based on this information a digital contract is made and offered towards your selected talents.

Multi-currency feature for pay-outs €￡$
You are now able to change your currency within the company profile. This currency will be used in creating all your future pay-outs. Talents you invite will see the currency you offer within the project offer and pay-outs.

We are proud to announce one of the biggest updates within the last months: The project creation & finance functionalities.

First and upmost: Project Creation! 🤝

It is now possible to setup a project yourself as a company. With this feature, you can engage to your network and invite them for a job / project / opportunity. Inviting your flex-pool to a project is easy and can be done in a few steps

1. Fill in title, briefing and type of project
2. Choose type of services necessary
3. Select the best fitting talent from your network and invite them

Now your project is created and set to "pending" from here, engage and make an agreement with your freelancers / contractors and once both parties agreed, the project is now live 🔥

🚀 Give it a try!
Go to 'projects' and click 'new project' in the bottom right corner to directly build a project. Please note: you need to build your flexpool first to invite them on a project.

Secondly, the financial section! 💰
Each project is connected to the financial section, where freelancers/contractors and companies can (when a project is active) can generate invoices and request approval towards the company.

The financial section has currently been launched with minimal functionalities but we are already working on extensive extra functionalities such as bulk pay-outs and monthly single overviews, stay tuned!
